Teardown: Show Features For two days, the Toyota Arena will be transformed into a gourmet’s paradise with tastes, sights, sounds, and aromas of great food and drink....all in a holiday atmosphere! Attendees will sample fine foods, wine and beer, learn new recipes, try out the latest kitchen appliances and accessories, and have the opportunity to purchase gift certificates to give the gift of taste for the holidays. Vendors can sell pre-packaged food items and tasting is encouraged. Holiday shoppers can complete their Christmas shopping in our holiday gift area. Celebrity Chef presentations will take place on the School of Culinary Arts Stage. Presentations on a
variety of wine and food-related topics will be conducted at the Exhibitor categories will include wineries, restaurants, banquet facilities, caterers, gourmet retailers, specialty foods, gourmet gifts and gadgets, kitchen appliances and furniture, publications, spices, beer, coffees, confections, holiday gifts and more! The show also features a Wine and Beer Garden. A holiday theme will be suggested throughout the show, featuring strolling
Victorian Carolers A grand prize drawing valued at $1,000 will attract attendees to the show. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to an area food bank. All Exhibitors Receive
