Cuisine Course at The School of Culinary Arts in York.

Home for the Holidays with Weis Markets
Enjoy this recipe for stuffed crown roast of pork and be introduced to Weis Markets’ new
“Weis 2 Go” side dishes to compliment your holiday dinner. Cooking tips, garnishing and
presentation suggestions will also be incorporated into this segment.

Health Conscious Holiday Meals
Chef Genet will prepare a dish that is long on taste, but short on extra calories taken straight
from the Nutritional Cooking Course at The School of Culinary Arts in York.

Holiday Tricks of the Trade
Long time friends Ilene Spector and Sandy Spanos will present specialty tips and hints that many
professional chefs use for holiday entertaining. They will also demonstrate some of their favorite
kitchen gadgets.

The Basic Art of Italian Cooking-Holiday Flavors

Maria will prepare dishes for a festive holiday meal from her new DVD including risotto with
champagne, focaccia bread, and insalata sapori d'Italia.

Chef Genet will demonstrate how to cook up a delicious dish that tastes like you have spent all day in the kitchen.

Wine and Cheese Pairing

Naylor wine country is located among the green valleys of Stewartstown, Pennsylvania. This is where

according to traditions dating as far back as the 1800's. Enjoy sampling a special selection of their wine as
